STRESS  IS ALMOST  ALWAYS A VIRTUE  ITS WHAT MAKES U ACT HOW  U DO. EXSPECIALY TEENAGERS  THATS WHY SOME TEENAGERS ARE GRUMPY OR  ALWAYS  MAD OR EVEN SAD SOMTIMES. AND THE ONES U HAVE TO WACH OUT FOR ARE THE ONES  THAT  NEEDS ALOT OF ATENNTION  BUT DOESENT GET ALOT OF IT OR  THE ONES THAT  GET ALOT OF STUFF  THIS IS USSALY  TO COVER UP FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS  THAT THEY HAVE AT HOME.

sports is a good thing to keep it together and too keep  ya head out of drugs and and stupid  things that will get u in trouble.   sports will keep  u fit and not to b a slob. conditioning will get u  ready for plain on teams if ur realy serious on plain sports.  the best thing  or at least my favorite sport is basketball not to much runnin or not too many people get hurt   n
